Scale-up businesses need active guidance and support to understand and tackle the Chasm II challenge as they grow. Unfortunately this problem is still poorly understood and therefore not tackled explicitly.
Our Scale-up Programmes are aimed at leadership teams and explicitly and systematically address the challenge of developing a product or service with a viable business model. The programmes enable participants to take a detailed and thorough look at the strategic, tactical and operational factors that are key to successfully scaling up their businesses. Scale-up Programmes pack a carefully designed mix of lectures, workshops, coaching and mentoring sessions for participants to refine their existing strategies or craft new strategies using the powerful Triple Chasm Model (TCM) approach as the foundation.
We typically deliver Scale-up Programmes in strategic partnerships with a variety of intervention agencies. These programmes are focused on usually focused around specific market spaces and geographic areas.
